I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was just a short distance from the beach. I also appreciated the fact that it was out of any noisy environment, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the reception desk team to the room maids. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-maintained, although the beds were a little on the hard side. I found the hotel to be of a good standard and I would definitely recommend it to others.

It was a in a good location in Altea and easily accessible. It was a pity the weather was not good enough to take advantage of the swimming pools.

I did not like the spa. Compaired to others, there was nothing interesting about it and it was packed. There should be happy hour where it is half price during off peak hours.

Meal times are very restrictive. I sincerely believe that being in a holiday hotel, closing the breakfast buffet at 10:30 is too early...you are going to relax...and it conditions your rest having to rush for breakfast...I think this is a feeling shared by most guests because we all met for breakfast in the last 15 minutes. I think that breakfast should have a more flexible schedule (until 11:00-11:30). Then, for example, the lunch hour ended at 3:00 pm. I don't know. In Spain I think many people don't even eat at that time on weekdays. I sincerely believe that it would be revisable and would help people not to concentrate so much in the dining room. On the other hand, to be a 4 star hotel, some rooms would need to be washed.
